In
October 2002, an opportunity became available to purchase a site
near the Lakeside Shopping Centre. Alhamdulillah, a successful bid
of £650,000 was made at the auction, and immediately funds were
raised, again, mainly by taking interest-free loans from individuals
and businessmen.
MashaAllah, the site is approximately 29 acres which includes a
Grade II listed sized-bedroom house,40+ horse stables, a large car
park and various other shed type buildings. Grange Farm holds much
promise and potential because of easy accessibility and availability
of excellent facilities nearby. There is easy access to London via
A13 and A12, and also to the capital's major airports: Gatwick,
Stansted and Heathrow. The M25, J30 and J31, are only 4 miles away.
The nearby Grange Waters has a variety of recreational activities
like canoeing, archery, rock-climbing and cycling. A country park is
also nearby. The Lakeside Shopping Centre is less than five minutes
away and the Blue Water is within close proximity.

centre for our youth. The site will be designed in such a way where
we will have excellent facilities for young individuals, families
and especially schools. The school-children will be able to do their
school-work in classrooms and simultaneously enjoy their holiday.

Grange Farm Development will complement with nearby attractions for
which a Planning Statement (prepared by a leading planning
consultancy firm in the City, GL Hearn) has recently been submitted
to the local authorities. We have outlined our purpose to develop a
